Our fundamentals class has a strong focus on the core concepts and principles of Jiu-Jitsu and how to apply them in a practical and effective way on and off the mats. This class includes a new technique, specific drilling, and sparring/rolling (optional). Whether it’s your first day with us or you’ve been practicing for years, fundamentals class is for everyone.
All the joys of Jiu-Jitsu without the uniform. Our no-gi program (every Monday, all Monday!) offers fundamental Jiu-Jitsu for all skill levels with a focus on the faster, sweatier, less grippy game of Jiu-Jitsu-ing without the gi on. This class includes technique, sparring and drilling. Beginners welcome.
Our youth + kids programs focus on sport and self-defense Jiu-Jitsu in order to provide each student with confidence to stand up for themselves. Our aim is to build well rounded athletes through movement games, fundamental principles, fitness through fun, and a positive team environment. We offer tailored curriculum (split up during class) for our different age groups to ensure our young students learn and grow in an age appropriate manner.
We offer multiple Intro Programs a year for Kids/Youth and Adults. These programs are designed for the absolute beginner as a safe, fun, affordable and less scary way to learn some of the absolute fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu. This is not a self defense course, although it includes aspects of it. It is not mandatory to participate in these programs before joining our gym or attending an Adult Fundamentals/Kids class with us! Please note all classes are suitable for beginners. To try a class all you need is a t-shirt, shorts/athletic pants and a water bottle.
